Hi “doomangel”! How are you?
I don’t know much about operating systems, but, KDE is from LINUX.. am i right?!
It might be very intresting a Vista operating system with KDE “environment”!

Hellon Giannis k.! I’m fine, i hope you too!
KDE is one of the two major Linux GUIs, you’re right. In KDE 4 the development team made a jump ahead and compiled a bunch of code for windows. You can’t run the whole UI on top or that of Windows, but you can run several KDE 4 applications, and this is a good start!
Now, about KDE Vista Patcher, in its current state of development it patches Windows Vista’s default icons with the ones from KDE 4, it adds the KDE 4 Wallpapers and in the alpha branch that i’m currently working on installs a KDE 4 theme and cursors.

you are correct my friend but 64bit programming is still very difficult. I have started some tests but the result wasn’t what i was expecting so i left this project aside for a while until we developers have enough resources to write a good 64bit app, as well as a good resource hacker.
