Version 1.02 [Build 4.2]

Big changes to the project as i finally found some time to improve it.

Check the changelog below:

• Version numbering changed. The current version numbering is 1.02 where 1 is the major application version and the 02 is the current month, followed by [Build 4.2] which is the corresponding KDE version from which i gathered my resources.
• Added more resources (Icons and Wallpapers) from the latest KDE 4 Packages
• Updated some obsolete icon resources
• Added the KDE installer for Windows, you can find it under the menu All Programs=>KDE Vista Parcher=>KDE Windows Installer give it a try but use it with caution
• There are two Editions now, Full and Lite. The Lite Edition comes without Wallpapers or the KDE Windows Installer.
• Some minor code optimizations
• Some Minor UI changes
